We do tours throughout the year, rain or shine.

Practical Considerations: tours are 1 ½ to 2 hours long and between 1 ½ and 2 milesin length except the Jewish Heritage of the Lower East Side which is between 2 ½ and3 hours long.

Child-friendly Ramble: tour designed for children from ages 9 to 12 years of age. Tours are 45 to 60 minutes long and less than one mile long.

Weather: Tours are usually given regardless of weather. Telephone to make sure that there are no changes, cancellations or up-dates in the schedule.

Starting Times: Participants are requested to arrive 15 minutes before hour departure times.

No reservations are required.

The Boris Thomashefsky Yiddish Theatrical Memorial Tour

This tour concentrates on Yiddish theaters, former Yiddish theaters, and sites associated with the Yiddish theater.
Meeting Place: In front of the Second Avenue Deli, 156 Second Avenue at the corner of Second Avenue and Tenth Street.
